Warranty Coverage
Our 180-day craftsmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects: loose or lost stones (within the first 180 days), broken or faulty clasps, chain breaks, and plating that wears unevenly under normal use.
It does not cover loss, theft, damage from misuse, or natural wear such as minor scratches — these are normal for silver jewelry worn every day.
How to Make a Claim
Email info@leonren.cc with your order number, a short description, and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within 2 business days and repair, replace, or refund your piece — whichever serves you best.
Care Tips
Sterling silver lasts longest when it's the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Store it in the gift box, keep it away from perfume and pools, and polish gently with the cloth included in your order.
